Feeling moved and enlivened by life's utterly incredible gift of being in the human body, its myriad of sensory and emotional landscapes. The mysterious, sensational, painful, charged, ecstatic, fiery, etheric and sensual qualities, formless characters of energy and light. Rich with density, temperature, colour, volume and texture, movement and vibration... Grateful for the increasing dissolution of discrimination that comes with intimate embodiment of the full spectrum of my human experience. Joy, bliss, dullness, sadness, anger all stripped naked, skinless, exposed and liberated from the mental construct disintegrates to a sea, raw with birthing galaxies.
