May you be with the simplicity of pain when it arises in the vessel of love that is your body and wakefulness.
May you find its colours, its shapes and textures as it pulls on the somatic strings and the watery tides.
May you remember that pain and discomfort as joy and bliss is part of life embodied.
May you remember that love is the tender embracing of all that passes through you.
May you remember love is your breath, your wakefulness, the eternal one, the living container that watches, feels and experiences all the sensations that being alive brings you.
May you be free from the cage of outworn beliefs and people, validating the broken.
May you be free from the shadowy belief that you need to mend.
May you realise that all that is needed is deep presence and acceptance through embodying all that passes through you.
May pain be a door way to freedom and the realisation that even with pain, as with joy, you are whole, loved and love.
