The Phoenix Does Follow

This is a great one for all who are in the shadows at this time. Yes !

After coming out the other side several times in my life, I want to tell all of you in your darkness, be with the polishing and the shedding. To make it easier on your self surround yourself with people that have touched their own shadows and have had the courage to meet them with truth. Surround your self with people who are open to the full spectrum of being human. Stop believing what others tell you and what you are telling yourself, "That you need healing or that you need to be fixed for you will only spiral deeper into false belief that there is something wrong with you, ( a false belief perhaps formed in the childhood past or lifetimes ago). Surround yourself with those that can be with the dark and the light without wanting you to be different. Observe your own judgements, and let them pass and close your ears to judgements of others that validate your wounding regardless of how coloured in wisdom, or niceness it seems. For the healing comes with the realisation that you are human, and there is nothing to be fixed, only given a space to be true, felt, expressed & loved. Learn that for yourself and be with others that support you to embrace all aspects of being human so that it becomes a replenishing rather than a destructive experience. All the intensity and pain that you experience are pockets of energy that we as humans must learn to embrace how ever uncomfortable or painful, they hold keys. Transmuted in the somatic world and with love they charge your physical body and add vitality, eventually they bring clarity, creative force and joy to your life. It is a purifying fire, but you must burn. If you are looking for healing or think you need it, begin to see "healing" as how can you nurture yourself or receive nurturance, find ways to nourish yourself through the embodied burning.
