The New Year brings a new dawn

Completions and new begginings,

the cycles of life we cannot escape from,

surrendering to the changes that life brings,

and the experience of the body,

the ebb and flow

the contraction and expansion

and the tearing that comes at trial

Searing and bliss when met with presence

feeds the awakening.

In my vulnerability I am found.
