With classical Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, yet unique as it shares Tantra, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Fire Ceremony, Kirtan, Yoga Nidra, Yoga of Sound and Sacred Dance. Through these training and practices the group will embody the wisdom of the teachings of Yoga from the essence of our femininity. As the course unfolds you will study and work with the Great Wisdom Goddesses (The Mahavidyas), which originate from the Tantric Tradition.
