Malaika's Embodied Women's Oasis Workshop was a day of magic bringing ancient wisdom to a modern world .
We came together as a group of women divinely guided by Malaika to reconnect to ourselves and each other in the forgotten art of embodied practices .
We learnt to leave our minds and journey into the depths of our feminine souls . Releasing our long held fears through body work in a profoundly safe space .
We used dance , channeled sounds and the support of each other to reconnect to our inner truths .
I would recommend Malaika's workshop for anyone wanting to take themselves further into discovering who they really are and then to be able to share this understanding with others .
I can already feel the benefits from attending Malaika's workshop when leading my energy healing meditation groups and in my healing work .

"When I first met Malaika there was this beauty glow about her and I immediately felt a sense of deep connection and excitement to work with her I could feel her depth and passion for what she shares, the medicine she has for the world. The first time I sat in circle with Malaika she held such a comfortable space that was very inviting and helped me easily connect with myself and the other women. She has this beautiful, real connection to the Divine which easily seen through her work with sound and movement. The first time Malaika guided us into channeling Surrendered Sound and Vocal alchemy I was shocked how I expanded and connected I felt to myself and those I was working with. I had never practiced Surrendered Sound before and it was a feeling of such gratitude that she shared such a life transformative gift with me, with us and the world. Not only can she take you beyond this dimension through her connection with sound and movement she also assisted me with my daily practice and practical guidance on how to help calm my daily for greater focus! The practices she shared through movement were beautiful and I felt a greater connection to my body and soul – I was able to really FEEL my body, every single inch of it through her guidance with movement. One specific time I remember being able to feel the air on my skin as I moved through the room and it took me to an incredible state of Bliss. This woman is a blessing and joy to spend time, practice and co-create with. I am very excited to spend more time in her presence and am beyond grateful for the support and tools she has given me to walk beautifully and boldly in this world."

"I was divinely guided to work with Malaika. I had not yet heard of her and her work but my whole body felt like I had come home in her presence. The workshop that I experienced was nothing short of life changing. For years I had been disconnected to my body, for years I said “I can’t sing anymore”. "From first hearing her name I sensed an inner knowing that meeting Malaika was of divine necessity. I felt immediately at ease in her company and grateful for her warm approach. Such a rich afternoon spent with her and the gorgeous women in my workshop group. A myriad of moments unfolding, some subtle whilst others powerfully arresting to heart and spirit. I really felt a true celebration of the feminine essence. Slowing down, to tune in, listen, receive and flow. Malaika guided us to ground into our bodies and the space; bringing awareness to breath and vital energy centres. This in itself was wholly cleansing. I really loved the practicality of the work; from the first instance we were in our bodies, in our experiencing! I also adored the partner work that Malaika graciously invited us to share in. With time suspended and sensations enlivened, I felt totally supported and willing to receive the gentle and intuitive touch of another. Working with Malaika was nothing short of extraordinary, particularly being privileged to partner with her towards the end of the workshop. I felt a mixture of newness and moving to my edge, as well as a deep homecoming. A return to ancient knowledge, long forgotten but so relevant and full of life.
