Meals: The catering includes three vegetarian, mostly vegan meals. Special meals can be ordered for an additional charge. Please let us know about your dietary restrictions.

Cancelation Policy, please read carefully:

The number of participants is limited. Your registration is binding. In case of cancellation by November 30, 2023, we will retain an administrative fee of EUR 200/ AUD equivalent. After that the following cancellation fees apply in case of withdrawal:
- 50% of the total seminar fee in case of written cancellation until February 1, 2024.
- 25 % of the total seminar fee in case written cancellation until March 1st, 2024
- No refunds after March 2, 2024.
If you have to cancel for any reason after 2nd of March 2024, you can suggest someone that can take your place. (after consultation or approval from us and minus the administrative fee of EUR 200/ AUD Equivalent.
Note at any point we may cancel the event, incase of cancellation from Mallaika Vera. Full Deposit & Payment will be returned.
