1. Reporting Your Miracles- Write your email to the group by Monday 

2. Listen to your subconscious mind -

Take note of word patterns  where you would benefit an upgrade. ( Found in Section THE GAME OF CONSCIOUS LANGUAGE Example on Pg 52 )

Self - Discovery  for the week : 

-Be mindful of internal dialogue and automatic unconscious speech - Keep a small note book on you- make notes of internal dialogue and some automatic unconscious speech patterns as you go. - Transform at least 10 word patterns.

-Read Chapter 4  ( Pg 59-73) 

make notes of which states of being ( pg 63-69 ) really stand out as a key pattern for you. List at least 3

-Results of  past weeks internal dialogue and automatic unconscious speech awareness and focus on transformations /replacements. ​​

- Complete  your Upgrades  pg 78  & pg 83 -

Write with specificity & clarity corresponding upgrades and expand with what is most relevant and alighned for you. bring this to our next meeting.  

WEEK 5 -

Witness - Upgrades out a loud in pairs of Pg 78 & 83 

Group Sharing. 

Talk : Post Decrees/ keeping energy in motion / meeting the old and affirming decrees and ease in the face of old agreements
